A typical Tuesday evening flows like this:
Doors open at 6:30 pm — come early and join Martin for snacks, conversation, and a chance to connect with others before we settle in. Most people arrive around 6:45.
At 7:00 pm we begin sitting together in meditation. From there, the evening unfolds organically: a reading or talk tied to the month's theme, and often an open discussion where your questions, experiences, and perspectives are genuinely welcomed. We draw from a range of traditions — Shambhala, Insight, Zen, and mindfulness — and regularly explore practices from frameworks like Theory U and Social Presencing Theater.
One thing we always aim to leave you with: a small, concrete take-home practice — something simple and real you can carry into your week.
We wrap up before 8:30 pm.
No experience or equipment needed. Cushions and chairs are provided. Just bring your curiosity and an open heart.
